Tenant Selection Policy
Once you have viewed a property in person that you are interested in, please review our tenant selection criteria and the consumer rights document in detail before requesting an application. We will send you an application via email that you can fill out and pay to Orca Tenant Screening online. The cost is $54 per adult for a standard screening. Besides favorable credit and rental history along with the items listed below, we require a minimum of 2.5x's the rent amount to verified combined income ratio.
We do not accept Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports as defined by and pursuant to RCW 59.18.
